The firm is just the 3 partners – so they are the Partners. Quinn and Darius practiced together since 2009 and then Nancy joined us and formed the new firm in 2015.

Originally from Newfoundland, Darius brings his breadth of experience to Kuefler Stevenson Bennett LLP as one of our managing partners. He began his career in Halifax, Nova Scotia, where he provided general litigation services in a small firm environment. In 2000, Darius landed in Calgary, and built a practice which dealt primarily with personal injuries in motor vehicle accidents and a large banking litigation and collections practice for one of Canada’s largest banks. Over time his practice has evolved to provide wills & estate planning, estate administration services, commercial and residential real estate conveyancing and corporate financing, general corporate services, employment law and regulatory defence work related to the Environment Protection and Enhancement Act.
